Yeah, I've been watching a lot of "older" movies recently. Ones that were made 10+ years ago, and I decided that I'd share some movies that I think should be seen by everyone. I don't want to make any criteria for this, so I guess there is none. Anyway, I'm just gonna put a couple down.
1. "Escape From Alcatraz": Probably one of my favorite Clint Eastwood movies. It's about these prisoners who all get together and escape from the prison island, Alcatraz. They're never caught, and they get away and live out the rest of their lives free.
2. "Batman": Starring Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson. I know that we've all probably seen it before, but it was probably a while back, right? Well, I think with the upcoming prequel that we should all be reminded exactly how good a Michael Keaton was at Batman.
3. "Alien/Aliens": Starring Sigourney Weaver. I think that anyone who's watched Alien vs. Predator, whether they like it or not should watch these movies just to see how a real Alien movie actually is. I don't recommend the third one, but Alien: Resurrection is a good choice too.
Anyway, that's all I have for now. What do you guys have in mind?

I'm not going to give a reason to see every Quentin Tarintino movie, but there is one you must see. And I'll add two other good ones so its an even 3.
1. "Pulp Fiction"- Starring John Travota, Samuel L Jackson, and Uma Thurman. This is probbly the best Q Tarintino movie yet. Made in 1994, this is porbly in my top 3 favorite movies of all time. There are like 5 plots to it, so all I can say without going into annoying detail is that involves a crime empire and things that6 happen to it within about 4 days. If you haven't seen this movie, I have pitty on you. Now go buy it, because you can't not like this movie.
2. Edward Scissorhands- This is my favorite Tim Burton movie yet, and he is my favorite director. Once again, you have probably seen it. If not, it stars Jonney Depp and Wynona Ryder, and is about a boy who has scissors for hands. Duh. Great movie. See it. Moving on.
3. The Rocky Horror Pictue Show- Tim Curry, Susan Surandn, and Meatloaf star in one of my favorite musicals ever. A stiff couple gets lost in the woods, finds a mysterious house, goes to get directions, and gets trapped inside. They are than introduced to "absolute pleasure". Great movie, and no for you clueless few, it's not a porno.
Anyway, see these movies. They are all famous. If you have never seen them, I feel sorry for you. Go rent them, NOW!

Weird Science is an okay movie. Admittedly not as good as Breakfast Club, but that's just because Judd Nelson isn't in it.

You all definitely need to see "Hellboy." That movie is one of the best comic book movies I've seen. Whoever plays the main character, he's awesome.
While I'm on the subject of comic book movies, I might as well plus "The Punisher" as well.

This isn't a movie, but the "In Living Color" DVD. It's hilarious. It has Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans, and David Alan Greer, just to name a few.

While we're on Disney movies, let's just say "Mulan" and get it over with.
