I love books, especially mystery/ sort of romantic books. Anyone know of any?

By "romantic" what do you mean? Do you mean the whole romance thing between two or more main characters? Or do you mean the actual sense of "romantic" when applied to writing?
For the writing part there are many different types that you could read. The Mickey Zuckart Reichart books are very good and there are actual romances that occur in them, although they're not the main focus. I think you would like them though. And you can find them at the library or even at the bookstore if you want to buy them.

Thanks Jag. Yeah, I like books with romance, but I like it when it's a little bit, and not the main focus. I love the mystery and suspense that goes with it. To me, it all just ties together to make a wonderful book.

LOL! I know a lot of people who feel that way. I'm glad that I'm not like that though. I don't know where I would be without books.

Yeah, they really can take up a lot of your time. Speaking of books I only missed two on my Huckleberry Finn quiz. It was 65 questions. The only two I missed was one asking how the novel would best be defined and something asking how a certain person felt about something when they did it. It was a weird question.

That's awesome! It was for American Lit right? I haven't taken it yet. Was that book good? I got mixed reviews on it. Speaking of books, though...I finished this one book on last Friday night, then I went out on Saturday and bought another one, then I finished that one yesterday, and now I have started yet another one...soo...I am a major book freak. LOL. ;D

Yeah it was for American Lit although now that I'm re-reading it I'm enjoying it much more. There's just something about assigned reading that I can't stand. I like the book and once you get around the fact that it's told in first person and that it uses incorrect grammar and your brain starts to process that he's purposelly doing it to make it easier to get into the characters you can get to the actual story. It's a very well written story and I'd say it took him anywhere between five and 10 years to write it. All of the second drafts and everything.
